Why You Couldn’t Close that Real Estate Deal

real-estate-marketMost real estate agents claim that there is always a 50-50 chance of someone closing a deal. If an agent is too forceful or is not forceful enough, the deal is as good as lost. Prospective buyers look at more than the home they are about to buy. They look at the agent who is selling the deal too. There is fine balance to the art of manipulating a buyer into buying a house and most of it lies in the way the house is presented. A good agent will know what to present and how, highlighting the good and bad equally without necessarily pointing out their feature.
